Founded in 2021 by seasoned art department professionals, Prevalent Studio Rentals is a prop house offering rentals of bespoke furniture, lighting, decorative objects, artwork, and textiles for film, television, print, and commercial productions. We curate our design-forward inventory from partners across Europe, Japan, and at home, here in California, with our in-house designed and locally manufactured furniture.
Our goal in serving you is to support productions from the perspective of the Art and Set Decorating Departments. Our objective is to offer the best possible contemporary furnishings to enable a decorator or production designer's vision to be fulfilled. This means that we will not carry an item in our inventory that we would not feel comfortable using in a production ourselves. Please come in to see our selection or drop us a line.
